Introduction

The Breath is a pranayama app designed to help users master the art of conscious breathing through guided exercises. Our mission was to create an intuitive and accessible tool for people to integrate pranayama into their daily lives, supporting their mental and physical well-being. The app features customizable breath timers, pre-designed routines, and vocal guidance, offering users a seamless experience to practice mindfulness as a part of their daily habits.

VISION

Problem Statement

In today’s fast-paced world, stress and anxiety have become common. While pranayama (controlled breathing exercises) has been shown to reduce stress and promote well-being, many people find it challenging to start and maintain a consistent practice due to lack of guidance, time, and understanding of the techniques.

Our goal was to create an app that simplifies pranayama, making it accessible and easy to integrate into daily life, regardless of the user’s experience level.
