I was able to conduct a UX audit by interviewing different types of frequent (and in-frequent) fliers in order to find out what their wishes, wants, and motives were and where the app is flawed in bringing them to their desired result. Based upon my findings, I re-iterated the product.

Learning about the IndiGo common fliers brought about insight about how to innovate and make the users experience booking and flying seamless.

The flow of these wireframes will give a sneak peek into the creative processes that resulted in some of the previously displayed features and designs. They are a quick and easy way to perceive the information architecture and interactions visually.
Get Onboard
Just like bags come in different shapes and sizes, travelers come with different purposes and desires. The back end of the Indigo application is designed to spend quality time recognizing each user’s preferences, suggesting faster and feasible routes and mapping their destinations.
The app dashboard of a solo backpacker and that of a businessman traveling for meetings will look contrastingly different. Which one are you?
More importantly, powered with an integrated mobile verification system and a simple log-in page, the app will have you secured from before take-off to after landing.

The Indigo app adapts itself to every traveller’s needs - especially those who have been bitten by the travel bug. It’s interactive
designs relate to every flier’s interests and is developed to suggest destinations that temporarily satiate one’s wanderlust.
Flight Search & Booking
The Indigo smart app carries a stress-free outlook without the urgency and multitude of layers other flight-booking sites may showcase. It gives its fliers the confidence to skip the flight fight of comparing a dozen airlines on several pop-up windows and instead resort to its single-page flight search system that is sure to lift their feet off the ground.
Web Experience
Each page of the Indigo app is built to ease workflow through its ability to scale itself with any screen. Travel information can be accessed on-the-go through the mobile-friendly application and destinations can be explored leisurely through the desktop version to gain an expansive view of upcoming voyages.
Profile and Privacy
Through the preparation of personalized package deals, the Indigo app helps its fliers make their trips longer and bills shorter. It carries the potential to take the role of a digital wallet that completes payments through integrated payment portals, stores identity cards and provides access to travel information with the utmost ease.
